oh no its that time of year again ... yes you guessed it, the start of pre-season, so get your running legs on!!!
Well there has been some comings and goings within the team for this coming season.
We would like to welcome our new signings ... and also welcome back Kirsty who was injured and missed last season. We would also like to thank those players who are no longer with us for their efforts last season and wish them well for the future.
